 Alisia Grenville is a Corporate Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of STMicroelectronics and has held this position since December 2007. She also chairs ST’s Ethics Committee, performs Internal Audits, and acts as Executive Secretary to the Secretariat of the Supervisory Board.
Between 1999 and 2004, Grenville worked in top-tier American law firms based in New York and Frankfurt, Germany as a corporate associate, specializing in bank finance, capital markets, M&A transactions and governance. In 2004, she became Senior Compliance Officer at Zurich Financial Services in Zurich, Switzerland, and later she joined Serono S.A. in Geneva, Switzerland, as Head of Legal Compliance.
Grenville has held invited talks at international conferences on Corporate Counseling, Ethics and Compliance, and founded an organization that helps steer women professionals into executive positions.
Alisia Grenville was born in Montreal, Canada, in 1967. She graduated from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, with a degree in French and Italian, and holds a Bachelor in Law from the University of Sussex, UK.
