 The
highly-integrated and compact environment prevailing in personal
electronic devices (such as mobile phones, audio player, …)
brings EMI interference, ESD destruction and space constraints
which are key issues that must be taken into consideration
when developing mobile devices.
STMicroelectronics provides a new best-in-class integrated
passive and active device (IPAD) to improve the performance
and integration level of the system. With its six line protection
and five integrated functions, the EMIF06-SD02F3 is a transceiver
offering the highest reliability by interfacing baseband processors
with high bandwidth memory cards (MMC, SD, miniSD, µSD). |
