ST21 smartcard ICs for mobile phones

The ST21 family is based on field-proven and cost-optimized 0.13 µm EEPROM and 90 nm Flash technologies. It covers all standard SIM-market requirements (including specific browsers) for 2G native or java SIM applications and for 3G entry level USIM applications. Non-volatile user memory ranges from 36 Kbytes to 144 Kbytes on EEPROM products and is even larger on the flexible Flash-based products.
